Thank you for supporting Assk First. Every purchase you make goes directly toward sexual assault prevention programs for teens. We appreciate your patience as we process your order with care.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.
Once Your Order Ships Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and you have received your tracking number, Assk First is no longer responsible for the package. This includes delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage caused during transit. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact your local carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Assk First is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at asskfirst.shop — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
